WMG approved mortgage brokers complete our Snapshot online and we put borrowers through a prequalification process that assesses their situation, weighs their assets & liabilities, and allows us to make recommendations to the broker. After the borrower accepts our recommendation they next provide documentation and agree to allow WMG to arbitrate on their behalf. Then we present the borrower to their servicer and begin mediating a resolution that meets the goals of both parties.

At WMG we handle all the details so that the process is as easy and stress-free for you as possible. Once the borrower information is submitted and WMG has received the completed Acceptance Package, we order title and valuation, interface with the lender or servicer, present you with the options, and we’ll even organize notary signings of the new loan agreement. Our Coordinators keep you updated at every step of the process, answer your questions, and help brokers be the hero who saves borrowers’ homes.
