WMG’s services work as an extension of any broker’s business, regardless of the niche or borrower situation. We provide viable solutions for clients that couldn’t otherwise be helped – borrowers with good credit but that can’t qualify to get out of their current loan. With WMG, brokers are able to find a solution when others couldn’t. This means funding more loans today and having a grateful repeat client tomorrow. After becoming a WMG Approved Broker, you will be assigned to a Coordinator who will process your submissions, answer your questions, and keep you updated throughout the process. To submit a new borrower for review, go to the Submit a Case and input the borrower information so that we can pre-qualify your client. You’ll receive a report with our recommendations and requirements to begin the modification process. Once your client agrees, WMG works for you to negotiate with your client’s lender/servicer to develop a new loan that works for both parties. We do all the work, you get to close a new loan, your homeowner gets to keep their house, home prices in the community aren’t impacted, and your client becomes a thankful and raving fan of your services. |
